Personal description:
I have worked as an orthopedic physiotherapist for over 25 years, and I still find it interesting, challenging, and enjoyable! Orthopedics primarily involves working with muscles, nerves, and joints. By listening to the patient’s story, asking the right questions, and conducting a thorough examination, I systematically work toward a probable diagnosis and suggest appropriate treatment. When necessary, I perform an ultrasound examination to confirm the injury and assess its extent.
Having worked in a profession for a long time does not automatically mean that one is good at it. But when experience is combined with genuine interest and a drive for continuous development, that is when true expertise is achieved.

Has been working as a physiotherapist for nearly 10 years and joined Alta Vita in January 2025. Gustaf has primarily worked in orthopedics and has gained extensive experience in patient care within outpatient services.
Personal description:
A manual therapist who aims to be attentive and achieve results in harmony with the patient's expectations. I have a particular interest in orthopedic conditions and a strong desire to understand the logic behind what I do. For me, it is essential to provide a clear explanation of the patient's condition. Through experience, I have realized the importance of the patient understanding the cause of their issues—not only to feel reassured but also to stay motivated throughout the treatment and rehabilitation process.
I strive to make the journey to recovery as simple as possible by providing specific treatments and rehabilitation exercises. This approach enhances adherence to necessary rehab without making it overwhelming. While my main focus is always on treatment and achieving results, I also value creating a personal connection in my interactions with patients.
